Shipping & Delivery

Information about order processing, shipping methods,
delivery times and customs for Atlas Nova products.


1. General information

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed via the website atlasnovaworld.com.

Atlas Nova currently offers both:

  • Digital products (such as guides, resets, or other downloadable content), and
  • Physical products (currently including the Blessed Journal).

If anything in this page differs from mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, the mandatory legal rules will prevail for that specific point.


2. Shipping areas & delivery times

Physical products are shipped from Switzerland. We currently ship to a selection of countries; available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) depend on the destination and the carrier’s service. As an indication only:

  • Within Europe/Switzerland: usually around 3–10 working days.
  • Outside Europe: usually around 7–21 working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery time can be affected by the carrier’s workload, local postal services, customs processes, or other circumstances outside our control.


3. Order processing & handling time

For physical products, we generally prepare and hand over orders to the carrier within a reasonable time after payment confirmation. For the Blessed Journal, handling time may be slightly longer because each piece is checked and prepared with care.

If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will inform you by email using the address provided at checkout.


4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, and the carrier/shipping method selected at checkout. The applicable shipping cost is displayed before you confirm your order.

Any additional import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may be applied by the destination country are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost, and remain the responsibility of the customer (see Section 7 below).


5. Digital products & delivery

Digital products (for example: guided resets, written materials, workbooks or other downloadable content) are usually delivered:

  • either immediately after purchase via on-screen access or link, and/or
  • via email sent to the address you provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that you check your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable time, please contact us at contact@atlasnovaworld.com.


6. Risk transfer & failed delivery

For consumer customers in Switzerland and the EU, the risk of loss or damage to physical goods generally passes to you at the moment the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have designated to receive them.

If you choose a carrier yourself (not offered by Atlas Nova) and the goods are handed over to that carrier, the risk may pass to you at that moment, in line with applicable law.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or because the parcel was not collected from a pick-up point in time, any additional costs (such as re-shipping) may be charged to the customer. We will contact you to agree on the next steps where possible.


7. Customs, duties & taxes

Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees when it enters your country. These charges are not collected or controlled by Atlas Nova.

The customer is responsible for paying any such customs or import charges that may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order if you are unsure.


8. Delays, loss & damage in transit

We work with external carriers for shipping. Delays can occasionally occur due to reasons beyond our control (for example: customs checks, local postal disruptions, peak periods, or force majeure events).

If your parcel appears to be excessively delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@atlasnovaworld.com.

For damaged parcels, we may ask you to provide:

  • photos of the packaging and the damaged product,
  • the order number and delivery details,
  • any information received from the carrier.

This helps us to open an inquiry with the carrier and, where applicable, to find a fair solution in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
